Not pleased with my previous attempt, i tried again.

This time, i bought a few packets fresh ramen from Isetan, Shaw for my experiment.


I shouldn’t have used the soup base that was included in the ramen… -_-

While the noodles were great, the soup wasn’t. Totally the opposite of my first try, which was great soup, not-too-great-noodle.


As some of you may have noticed, Darcy was at home!

No more messy noodles handling! LOL.

How to get your yolk runny

Boil the eggs (in room temp) in boiling water for 4-5 minutes depending on the eggs’ size. After 4-5 minutes, get the eggs out immediately and cool it in a pot of tap water.
