The family loves curry.
Not just chicken curry but curry everything!

Remember this entry?
The husband requested for laksa noodle but instead, i gave him chicken curry. The very strange husband however, still insisted on noodle and not the fabulous batard au levain which i got from Sun Moulin!
Hmph!
You know how crazy i am when it comes to bread and buns. Like seriously totally crazy!
If i was going to town on certain days, i’ll make sure i get at least 2 of it. It doesn’t matter if i don’t know what i’d be cooking for dinner because somehow, the dish on that particular night will be planned in such a way that it WILL go with the bread.
But that rebellious husband of mine… sigh.. before the laksa noodle, he’d be more than happy if dinner is anything but rice. Now, no longer!
So he made me cook noodles, plain noodles (!!!) for the curry!

Yupyupyup… it’s dry curry chicken noodle (just like the ones we had in Malaysia) for Darcy!
Thankfully the kiddos are nothing like their (fussy) father, yet. :P

As much as i wanted the chicken curry noodle to be yucky, it was not.
In fact, Darcy and i (i was forced to take a mouthful of it!) love it sooooo much that we had to say, move over Laksa Yong Tau Hoo! Because of this accidental noodle, the husband has been requesting for it more than 5 times already since last week! *faint*
Anywaaayy, the highlight of this entry ain’t the noodle ok?? *focus Sherie, focus!*

It’s curry with the bread!
Curry and bread, the best ever….
Like ummm…. best of the best.

See what i mean?
Bread and curry… it’s finger licking bread wipe clean plate good!
Bread and curry… yums!
Hmmm.. forget it. Let’s not talk about curry and bread anymore. I want my dry chicken curry noodle!!!
Now.

I don’t eat chicken, but I love ramen and your photos are mouthwatering! I also meant to say to you earlier regarding my coconut pineapple cupcakes that I think fresh coconut flakes would be fabulous! In fact, I am not a huge fan of the texture of our coconut flakes and think fresh would taste better. Hope you get a chance to try it!
xiaolu : i don’t eat chicken too or any other meats for that matter.. grin but but… i loveeeeeeee gravy! Any gravy in fact :P
