Seeing and knowing that economy is not doing well and unsure when the sun will come shining again, i have adapted and will be adjusting certain things to brace ourselves for the worst.
One of it would be saving the electricity! Grin.. i know i know! How much can i save right?
But.
To me, the move isn’t just about saving electricity anymore. It’s about going green. Help save the environment!
That is why now i bake in bulk :D
Thankfully my oven can fit all 3 loaves in it at the same time during baking :)
I refrigerate the extra 2 loaves.. heating it up in the oven over breakfast for day 2 & 3. The best thing is the bread tastes as good as fresh since it is uncut.

On the downside, the #@$% bread flour now costs almost $3 per kg! *faint* I think i need to buy in bulk again >.<
