10km run

So, it has been a month since i did my first 10km run!

In between, i tried doing it at least once a week, with other 5km runs on other days. Till today, the first time was the worst. I’ve never felt so dreadful.. i still remember vividly that all i wanted to do that night was to lie on the bed like corpse and not move at all.

But that’s that, thankfully.

Subsequent 10km runs had been a little smoother, but that’s not to say, without any hardship. I still struggle to the finishing line… until last Monday that is. Heeee.

I was pretty surprised actually. Especially when i could still sprint in my last leg that lasted more than 1km. I don’t feel that dehydrated anymore and i could eat right after running (!), a lot too in fact

(oh, the appetite has been crazy biiiiiiiiggg that it scares me — result : i’m much heavier now *boo-hoo*! )

But.

That was last Monday. It has been more than a week since i last ran. Hopefully i won’t struggle today!

And.

Hopefully, the air will not be as bad as yesterday’s *keeping my fingers crossed*

p.s :  i still haven’t improve my running time though. in fact, now i take 1-2 minutes longer! Lol. 2 more months to go before my Marathon.. *cold sweat* Very stressed ah! 10km also gao mmm dim already, what more, 21.1km.. chaaamm!
